みなさん、今週は何をしましたか。私は仕事をしました。あと、運動しました。そして、友達に会いました。いい１週間でした。

What have you all been up to this week? I worked. And I did some exercise. I also met up with friends. It was a lovely week.

月曜日から木曜日まで働きました。木曜日は忙しかったです。朝、プールに行って、泳ぎました。午後、日本語のレッスンをしました。夜、友達と出かけました。演劇を見に行きました。演劇の前に、晩ご飯を食べました。

I worked from Monday to Thursday. Thursday was a busy day. In the morning, I went to the swimming pool and had a swim. In the afternoon, I had a Japanese lessons. In the evening, I went out with friends. We went to see a play. Before the play, we had dinner.

劇が終わってから外に出ても、まだ明るかったです。イギリスの夏の夜が好きです。温かい夜だったし、楽しくて、もう少し喋りたいからカフェに行こうと友達を誘いました。コーヒーを飲んでケーキを食べて、カフェが夜10時に閉店したので、私たちも地下鉄に乗ってうちに帰りました。帰り道、月がきれいでした。三日月でした。

Even after the play finished and we stepped outside, it was still light. I love British summer evenings. It was a warm night and we were having fun, so I suggested to my friend that we go to a café as I wanted to chat a bit more. We had coffee and cake, and as the café closed at 10 pm, we took the Underground home. On the way home, the moon was beautiful. It was a crescent moon.
